Extell Development

Work on site recommenced on the new 55 story hotel for Extell Development in the Times Square area. SPAN is the interior architect for the 540 room hotel which also includes a restaurant, Sky Bar with a rooftop terrace, spa, gym and meeting spaces. The operator will be announced later in the year with completion anticipated in 2011.
