SPAN is completing Calvin Klein's private 9,000 sq ft. residence located in the penthouse of the Richard Meier Perry Street towers (in partnership with John Pawson). Characterized by simplicity and minimalism, the design unites a unique palate of materials with high precision craftsmanship, all fully integrated with state-of-the-art technological services and controls. Key features include a screening room, gym, 2 full kitchens, 2 working fireplaces, and a cantilevered solid stone stair.
